Wordpress GUI tweaks / fixes needed

Need the following things fixed/tweaked on wordpress site: - Search Bar Function: add a mostly transparent box behind the search bar for ease of use. In addition, the "X" to close the search function should be white instead of black for noticeability. - Logo and tagline is too small, hard to see in some images: Increase size of both - Logo tagline Disappears: Make it stay longer - Change news image alignment: Change news image alignment to left margin - search page thumbnails appear too large: make smaller - product V is misaligned: for some reason this product is misaligned on what ever page its on. - menu tab spacing: align text left - Dropdown nav menu alignment: when viewed on small screen like tablet or phone should come into one line. - Search icon disappears: Search icon disappears for some browser screen sizes. - arrow mouse over to scroll through images: when on a product page we would like the "arrow type" hover images on left or right side to navigate between different photos of a product. WP already installed with addons/theme. All changes must remain on updates/upgrades of wordpress and its addons. Will give access to freelancer. Review project and discus anything with me before hand. IMPORTANT INFO: 1.
