Wordpress Implemented Regular Plans

Hello, i need to implement in to my website new regular plans for users to pay if they want to submit ads, so will like this: 1. User register and after this he\she want to submit ad he click on button SUBMIT AD after he fill everything about his ad before publish Ad i want to implement these regular plans: User have 2 ads free for 10 days each after these 10 day`s i want user if he want to extend this ad for 17 days for 1.5 Euro, if he want to Extend for 24 days will be 2.5 Euro or if user want to Extend for 30 days the cost ill be 3 Euro And now if user already have submited 4 ads paid will have 1 ad free for submiting for 1 month. I use wordpress i have already templated paid his name is Classiera with ChildTheme Allure you can see here demo [login to view URL] . I want to be done with php not java or anything else which can make me to pay extra for host. I want this thing to be as a plugin because i want to change Price`s for extended days for example at 17 days extended is 1.5 euro i want to able to put 3 euro to customize price as i want from that plugin. Again i repeat this project dont need builded from 0 i have already template just to implemented these regular plans. In Attachement you can see where the plans to appear.
