Zencart jquery plugin debug

From my in house dev: Here is what has been done with the plugin installation, and what needs to be resolved for the plugin to work: The instructions in the readme file were followed step by step, with all of the included files in the download being PUT in their respective directories. There was a little bit of hassle with making new directories for the files to go to, but all of the files included were manually PUT in the correct place. After installing all of the files on the server and enabling the plugin, I attempted to do a test of the plugin, and got the two following errors: 1) There is an alert box saying that this checkout method cannot be used and to contact the site admin Per the troubleshooting provided in the readme, this means that there is another instance of JQuery running on the site that is interfering with this plugin, but I cannot find one. 2) There is a console error message saying that some required elements are missing, specifically the HTML element #otshipping ​I attempted to follow the provided troubleshooting for this error, but the file mentioned in the troubleshooting was not included with the zip file. After creating it and filling it with what is listed as the appropriate information, the error has persisted. To get the plugin to behave correctly, we will need to: 1) Ensure that there is only one instance of JQuery running on the site 2) Resolve the missing element error within the [login to view URL]​ file
