Validation and verification for hospital project - washing machine (tunel)

I have extensive knowledge with validation and verification processes from Semiconductors in a class 1 clean room and also from security printing of currency. I know how important the validation and verification process is to make sure that the machine or process will be fit for purpose and will meet the original needs. You say that this is for a washing machine in the hospital sector? What kind of washing machine, is this for instruments or materials? Is there any other validation processes been completed such as an FMEA and SWOT? Has the machine been bought or is it still being sources?
