Dear Sir About the project you mentioned, I just need a little more information about the work sequence. with the proposal budget I will be able to Deliver the complete software for the PLC and the HMI, Complete hardware list, and Complete Electrical Schematics and Drawings. I happen to have made a project with partially similar needs and hardware, it was for a cement plant that controls 8 air valves for a cement sampling station, the project used WAGO PLC with a Computer based Interface, but in your case I would recommend the PLC to be Siemens S7-300 with any compatible HMI.

Specifically, what application do you want to automate, if this is a simple water tank and will control the temperature and opening of the inlet or outlet valves. You must also control level, interlocks. and it is necessary to know what type of valves the application has. (on / off ò PID). If you can send me a draft of the application and a drawing. I can do that job without problems. S7-300 would be used, and an OP HMI.
