Unity & Samsung Gear VR Model Project

This Project involves two main parts: 1. Development of 3D Model of a Building 2. Development of Samsung Gear VR Model with few game-like features using Unity 3D / Unreal game engine. I am working on a research project related to virtual exploration of lost historic buildings. I have few photographs of a lost building. Its a very simple building. Based on the textual descriptions about the building I have developed AutoCAD plans and a basic Revit model. The ultimate goal is to develop a Samsung Gear VR Model of the lost historic building. Hence I am here searching for someone to work on the two parts mentioned above. The model can be developed in Maya / 3Ds Max / Blender / Rhino / Sketchup, etc. The model should be of high quality and light enough so that the one can smoothly navigate through the Samsung Gear VR model. I can share the revit model which can be used as the reference. The building is very simple, it wouldn't take much time for someone who has very good experience in 3D modeling and Unity/ Samsung Gear VR Model development. I have photographs of the building exterior. But there are no pictures of the interiors of the building, so I will share some sample pictures of ceiling, lighting fixtures, staircases, etc., and that has to be modeled. Texture Mapping is extremely important. Game-like features include the following: - Automatic opening of Doors - Virtual Avatar taking around the building and providing information about the building. (I have the narration, which can be converted as audio files). I want the project to be completed by Monday, 22nd Jan, 10 AM (CST)
