Hi employer: I have some of the experience you are looking for, although not exactly in Tableau. I'm a Production Engineer with 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence positions, 5 of them working for Telefónica (Telecommunications industry). I also was a CPM and BI consultant for PwC, where I designed, developed and implemented some dashboards in Qlikview. One time I tested Tableau as part of trial for Telefónica, but I really don't have the experience with it. Nevertheless, I am totally up to learn what is needed to do the job. With Qlikview we used to connect to several remote databases via ODBC, and then a data model had to be created in the tool. My command of data modeling and SQL is something between 50 to 75%. And I'm of course accustomed to work with large data sets. My strength is my analytical capacity + Critical thinking. So if you're able to give some training (or at least some guidance), I'd say this job is for me... With regard to the personal skills: I must say I comply with all of them. I am planning to move abroad, but at the same time having some serious trouble in getting done my documentation (mainly professional - I have a valid passport for several years from now).
