Researcher for learning and development content using Roam Research

We're a startup in the learning and development space. We're looking for a researcher who can help us build a knowledge base around topics we train on. Some examples of topics might be Time Management, Giving Feedback, Resilience, Coaching as a Manager, Self-Awareness, Mindfulness, Psychological Safety. Broadly they are all "soft skills". The things we're interested in are: - What it is - Why it's important - Key skills, behaviours, and learning outcomes for the topic. For example Emotional Intelligence has 5 skills ([login to view URL]) - Concepts, tools, and frameworks relevant to the topic. For example Eat the Frog is a tool/framework for time management ([login to view URL]) - Short stories about the topic. For example some of the items here: [login to view URL] Content for these topics is readily available online and we'll share resources we like with you as well to streamline the process. We're looking for someone who has an interest in these areas and/or experience with them, as well as experience using a tool like Roam or similar.
