Need advise/small research on what I should choose for a blog solution

I am a real estate investor and I am planning on running multiple blog sites for investors to read articles, submit deals and to get information on deals I am selling. Each blog will be for each specific area of the country I want to buy and sell deals in so I am looking at several things and I was hoping to get some insight from everyone. 1) Should I branch it out from my main domain for ex. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 2) or [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 3) or [login to view URL], [login to view URL] I preferably would like to go with 1 or 2 so I dont have to buy all the domains and manage them but if it will help I will -If I do go any of these routes should I be linking them? -Will google, yahoo etc see these as seperate sites? Whats the best method I will be posting typically the same content for each blog as well as some different content pertaining to that area such as Investor new in arizona or whatever. The other different content will be information on deals I have in that area that I will be posting. I see sites such as [login to view URL] and then you have sites like [login to view URL],_Jr My goal is to obtain the best possible SEO I can for my sites to attract more investors. What will be the best method or tactics people are using? Will google label the above as illegal multiple content policy? If I have to seperate each domain, what host do you suggest for multiple blog sites? If so what would be the best suggested blog cms such as b2evolution? etc If you are able to assist me to find this solution I will award a private bid for SEO.
