Honesty, open, critical, not afraid to ask questions, not suffering \"excuse-itis\". A person who loves programming and sees it as fun instead of a job. - Someone willing (for the first 3 weeks of the project) to work together in the same location. Either I come to you or you come to Netherlands/Belgium. I can arrange for a private studio for free and let you enjoy the local beer and chocolate culture. - a \"Manager on one\", someone who finishes his tasks without others needing to supervise but also won\'t hesitate to ask for help when necessary. - Ok, you want to talk skills anyway :)? - senior rails developer with a good feeling for UX/frontend. - SysAdmin skills not necessary as using heroku - A low timezone difference with the CET (Central European Time). - full time occupation, available for the next 6 months. It\'s a kind of a [login to view URL] webapplication but focussing on children holidays. In the last 9 months a rockstar Rails developer build up the MVP. Now he is moving to have another challenge in his career (a rails app with 4 million users) . Therefore I\'m looking for a person who can continue his work. With the current solution our 9 clients are VERY satisfied. The problem/solution fit is made. However today it takes 3 weeks to launch an extra client, with your help we are going to transform this service into a product. The ambitious goal is to deliver the same value just in ... 1 day. Let\'s scale this thing! A typical week will look like this: We start with going over the backlog, We discuss the goal for every story and see how we can achieve the result in an 80/20 way. I do the model, you do the controllers/views/tests. WHAT TO OFFER ============= I can tell you whatever I want.
