Synology DDNS connection failed on Netgear Nighthawk Router

I have great hands-on experience for more than 15 years in various network technologies. I have Cisco CCNA & CCNP (Routing & Switching) and CCNP Enterprise (Enterprise Core & Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation) certifications. I have set up the DDNS service in the past to use for offsite backups with the Synology NAS solution. I believe once connected to the system I will be able to resolve this issue

i just need to see if Netgear block any port or if there is an acl who block the traffic also we need to see if your setup of the dns declared is correct with the cloud of Synology (test the connection ping to cloud....)
