Design a project ticket system that will allow me to assign tasks to multiple technicians under one ticket number and project name, send emails of assignments to technicians, assign ticket and task due dates, select task status, select ticket status, select priority. Generate reports for: all tickets in queue, all tickets in queu by technicians, tickets in queue by due date, tickets by priority, and retain an archive to report tickets status within a selected range by origination date. Ability to export reports into Excel. Will also require editable sections to enter project description and updates/comments about tasks, Updates must have time and date stamp.
Ticket status: Open, Declined, On-Hold, Complete
Task status: In-Process, Complete
