Forklift Spare Parts Excel Program

I need your help to setup a template and a system to manage distribution and accountability of spare parts for a set of forklifts (See attached). Storage space for the spare parts is already prepared at Warehouse A, which will allow storage for each item by bin location. The system should be designed where the stock item would be requested through the Shop A to be fulfilled by the Warehouse A. Shop A and Warehouse A should keep their request/receipt and distribution/delivery records. Shop A will be responsible to notify the Operations Manager when an item need to be re-ordered. Guided by the technicians, the re-order request should denote the expected cycle time for each item. The Operations Manager will compile periodic order request and send to me to place order. Subsequent spare parts receipts will be handled by Warehouse A with communication to Shop A to ensure their listing is updated. These are a few of the areas that we must ensure are covered, but not limited to. Looking forward to reviewing the finalized system.
