Software for an iOS device (image detection) IMPORTANT

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac . In short, I would like some sort of software/program to detect an image that pops up on my phone and not only be able to detect it but to also select/tap on it in the shortest amount of time possible and for it to do that on whatever image it is set to detect to. For example, if I open an app and I set the program to auto detect and tap on an image of a shoe, it’d be able to do that in less than a second. The image will be provided beforehand so whatever is going to be selected will be given beforehand for now. If possible, I would like it to be done on Mac software so I’m able to see what is going on because I want to learn to do this myself quickly but I’m obviously not going to be able to do this alone and I have very little experience in coding. The actual detecting is going to be done on my iOS device so its important that the program supports this device and I only have a Mac computer so it is also very important the program can run on my Mac.
