This sounds alot more complicated when it's written out like this but I promise it is not
This project's objective is to keep track of the team's goal, work flow and is usually done on an excel sheet.
This flow chart needs to be broken into 5 parts
1) "APPLICATION" - Each team member enters a client's information for a Life Insurance Application to be written. Within 3 days, the application has to be written (I would need this part to be color coded, for ex, day 1 - that client will be in highlighted green; day 2 - it needs to turn yellow; day 3 - turns red)
2) "UNDERWRITING" - After the application has been written, that client will be moved down to "Underwriting" tab.
3) "FINAL DECISION: APPROVED OR DECLINED" - After all the underwriting is done, client will be moved down here and will be color coded Green for approved and red for declined.
*** If there can be a function that can quickly move a client down the funnel. It will be much more efficient. Especially moving from UNDERWRITING to FINAL DECISION. For example, client A is currently listed under UNDERWRITING and has finally been approved. I would like to be able to right click to select either red or green and have it pop right down to FINAL DECISION.
4) "ISSUED AND PAID" - After being approved, client has the option to accept or deny the policy. Please have an option where I can hover the client's name in part 3 and be able to select "Issued & Paid" and have it pop down to section 4.
