Veeder Root server to Modbus converter embedded software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Veeder-Root TLS-450 to Modbus RTU protocol converter. Veeder-Root to act as a server or slave. Software to run on a Device with 2 x RS485 ports. Port 1 to receive Veeder-Root commands from a computer and it translate to Modbus RTU command and send it via Port 2 to read specifuc Modbus Register on modbus .Veeder-Root TLS-450 to Modbus RTU protocol converter. Veeder-Root to act as a server or slave. Software to run on a Device with 2 x RS485 ports. Port 1 to receive Veeder-Root commands translate translate to Modbus RTU command and send it via Port 2 to read specifuc Modbus Register. The value of the Modbus Register to be send back and translate to Veeder-Root and sent via Port 1 back. The system will use only 5 to 7 Veeder-Root commands. Port 3 - RS232 will be used to configure the Veeder-Root device parameters such as Tank Names. There could be up to 36 Tanks. Tank has the following variables: level, temperature, and interface level. There will be corresponding Modbus registers holding these parameters availble via Port 2. TLS-450 serial interface manual is availble on line. The value of the Modbus Register to be send back and translate it to Veeder-Root command and sent via Port 1 back.
