Prepare full manufacturing drawings for stamped metal fabrication of 3D life size models

For this project you need to be experienced in creating manufacturing drawings for metal stamping deep drawn fabrication techniques, artistic sensibilities are a plus You will receive a mix of JPG/PNG, FBX and DWG files depicting a family of three different 3D models based on various tube shapes The models were designed with the same tubes as a way to share parts and reduce mold costs The overall size is for each model is termed "life size", which generally means 1 - 2 meters height, however there are manufacturing limitations when stamping metal parts, we will assume 50mm diameter tube parts but that is just a guess; you have to decide based on your manufacturing experience Deliverables: You will need to break the decorative life size models into the MINIMUM amount of common tubular segments/parts (no more then 8-10 to save mold related costs) You will need to make sure the segments/parts are manufacturable using metal stamping techniques (NOT for 3D printing !) You will need to find ways to connect the parts in an elegant seamless fashion with little or no tools (easy assembly/connectability) You will need to animate/visualise the models using the selected parts/segments with various finishes such as raw state (brass, copper, aluminium, chrome-metal, chrome-neon/fluorescent), powdered finish, anodized finish, paint You will need to create explosive views for the manufactures/vendors You will locate a minimum of six vendors that will quote the molds for assembly of the models and answer all their fabrication related questions until they are able to deliver a firm qualified quote Files to be delivered: MP4 (m4v), OBJ, STP, IGS, PDF and exploded views as needed - the manufactures have to clearly see 1. the individual parts drawings 2. how the 8-10 common parts are set within the three models and connect 3. finishing visualizations Winning bidder will sign an NDA
