R programming biostatistics data visualization

Hi I am PhD in medical biotechnology and biostatistics. I have completed several PhD level thesis projects involving advanced statistical analysis of data. I have worked with data from several companies and have done projects involving high level quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills to study the trends, time behaviour and compare the variables in the data. Hello, I am a Bioinformatics Postdoc in the University of Freiburg. I think I might have the abilities and the knowhow to conduct your analysis. (I am author of 11 scientific publication - the 3 recent ones through bioinformatical analysis). I work mainly with R at my workplace (currently RNAseq, ChIPseq, ATACseq analyses ... hundreds of samples). However, since the analyses - unless one has already a ready script - take time and since I work actually already 100% on current research projects, I will be able to do your job only over a period of time (in the evening times)and not immediately. But recently I did clustering at my work and generated beautiful graphics (at least my boss is very content with the results). I guess you want publication quality figures, isn't it? I am suitable for this work, since I author/coauthor 11 publications partly in very good journals (eLife, Nature Genetics, PLOS Genetics, Epigenetics, Journal of Medical Genetics and others). I already worked on protein databases. (I supervised a student in a project dealing with pdb file formats and structural data). So this is also not completely new to me. I love HMM when this comes to Sequence Identification. I love Wright-Fischer Diffusion applied on HMM for Tree Branching Ratio with Eigen Vectors as well as Hill-Robertson Diffusion Limit with Interference applied.
