Help me to reset forgotten password in my virtual machine with Windows Server 2003

Hello I am a system and network administrator, with more than 10 years of experience. I worked with different services and servers, particularly, designing of a local data center, management of local and remote sites, and cloud environments. The above-mentioned experience includes work with virtualization technologies, mostly based on VMWare products, cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and etc. I have proven knowledge of networking and security, thanks to the work experience and Cisco training sessions I participated. The short list of the servers and services include but are not limited to: Web Server (Apache, Nginx, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, PowerMTA), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), Firewalls (Iptables, PFSense, etc.), basic scripting (BASH) etc. As for the project, I'd like to ask which hypervisor do you use? Hi Sir\Madam, Please let us know if you have the ISO mounted on the VM and have the permission to restart the server? With out the above criteria there is no option to reset the password.
