We implemented a new mail server a few months ago and since then our e-mails are returned with an error when sending to some places: "554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means." We do not send spam and do not use our emails for telemarketing. Strictly business. We went on the net already and applied a few fixes but it's still there. What we need is someone with experience to give us guidelines on how to fix this. We will then implement what is needed and report back to you on the results. Thank you
