Hello, My name is Jason, and I would like to discuses the possibility of doing drafting work, of your energy efficient Austin home for you. I would start with a complete understanding of the scope of work that will be required of me as well as any completion dates that need to be set. I would then start a complete overview of the project and list of all drawings needed to be created and communicate with you to make sure I will be provided exactly what you are needing, and the price associated with each drawing. I use the latest versions of Auto CAD & Sketch Up. I use 24"36" page format for all architectural drawings. This included a cover sheet with a drawing list as well as a key for any symbols I use (typical architectural) as well as any notes.
