I’ll use Solidworks to finish this design with the rendering part it will only take two days maximum

I have a small rough sketch of a small facility. I would like to get the floor plans, a couple of sections and a 3D render of the interior and exterior concept. Some files attached with measurements. All measurements are in mm. consider it done, i will use sketchup and also send a a small app that views digital 3D models
