2D and 3D House Design

I am looking for an architect's input and ideas for a house project. A cellar/basement was built adjacent to an old house. Now we plan to build on top of the cellar and incorporate the old house into the new one, or perhaps demolish the old house and just keep some walls if possible. I will provide you with a SketchUp model of what is already built so you have the boundary conditions. So here's what I need: 1. A few iterations to define the layout of the ground floor of the house. This has to be creative, have a lot of light and contain the following elements: - entrance hallway - kitchen and dining room (open plan), - kitchen storage space, - sitting/living room area, - small bathroom (a bigger bathroom should be envisaged for upstairs and a large utility room with toilet and shower already exists in the cellar), - a small office (if possible), - some additional storage space (if possible), - a porch outside connecting the two entrances (if possible) - see photo. I will provide some more guidelines here. - anything I have omitted and the architect might suggest. The output here should be some simple 2D drawings. 2. A few iterations to define the layout of the attic where the bedrooms will be located. It should contain: - bedrooms, - bathroom, - a common play area/game room/sitting room, - dormer windows. The output here should be some simple 2D drawings. 3. A rough 3D house design based on the 2D layouts defined above (no fancy rendering needed). For inspiration, I will provide some house designs that I like.
