House with garage to build in Archicad 17

To build the house and garage in Archicad 17 according to the attached plans, elevations, sections and photos. The plans, elevations, sections are pretty good corresponding with photos, there is only a few small differences on the elevations. Spot the difference, you are professional. All needs to be altered according to the photos. Externally building will have to look as per photos with soffit, fascia, gutters, down pipes, windows sills, chimneys and footpath. The walls, roof and other to be divided by external finishes as per photos. Internally we need to have all features as per plans and photos, walls with doors, positions of the sinks and toilets. All walls white. Every floor on different level. Roof on the level above. Stairs generic, properly displaying on GF nad FF with breaking line. We need a clean model, with no errors, bad walls connections and half milliliter dimensions. It means if the dimension supposed to be 2700 mm, it needs to stay 2700 mm not 2700.53 mm for example. Walls will need to seat properly above and below, all corners at 90 degrees. The standard Archicad library to be used. Gutter probably needs to be build with profiler if that particular shape is not in the library. File to be provided in PLA.
