Aqui vai a minha tradução: Se o aumento do ritmo da circulação sanguínea fosse um factor que determinasse a metástase, o mesmo se passaria com o exercício físico em geral: a subir ou a descer escadas, a levantar pesos e mesmo a tomar um banho quente (pois são actividades do quotidiano que aumentam o ritmo de circulação do sangue). As metástases têm mecanismos complexos no âmbito da bioquímica e dos seus processos e levam algum tempo a manifestarem-se. Portanto, não é nem o aumento da circulação sanguínea nem um qualquer esforço físico ou mecânico que deslocam células tumorais no organismo.
