11983 CAD Rendering

I need a color architectural rendering done from existing CAD elevations. The rendering needs to show the accurate color of the building, which we will provide the pantone for, as well as textures, landscaping etc. The rendering is the front elevation of a one story single family home, and does not contain very intricate architectural features. The final rendering needs to be a large enough file to be printed on a 24" x 36" sheet of paper, and we would prefer if we could open the final production in Adobe Photoshop in case we need to make any adjustments. This is a rush job and need to be completed immediately. Please reply with a portfolio of other architectural rendering you have created. DO NOT bid if you don't do renderings on a regular basis, I need this done the right way the first time. Once we have chosen the best bid, the CAD files will be emailed to you for production.
