I need to create a website, similar to [login to view URL]
However, my website will obviously have a lot less features compared to the [login to view URL] website. As you can see, [login to view URL] offers posting about jobs, sales, and community needs across each state in the United States.
For my website, I will be only focusing on the Bay Area (which about 10 cities) in Northern California. I want to focus on allowing employers to post jobs and ads.
What my Project consists of:
Website must be able to support both English & Chinese languages
My website will allow employers to make job postings. In this case, I plan to charge some money each time they post. Therefore, I need your company to create some sort of paypal or a way for them to pay by credit card
Your company will need to make something so that the users can create a "Profile or Account". For example, let's say an employer wants to make a job posting. He must create an account on my website. Then if he chooses to make a posting, he will have to pay us through paypal or credit card. Your company has to find a way to connect and embed paypal so that the funds will be property distributed.
I plan to allow companies to place "Ads" on this website. Again, they will be paying a fee to do so. Unlike job postings, these are Ads that site visitors can see when they visit the website
I don't need any major graphic design, animation or flash because my budget is low. I want to keep it simple first. In the future, if it works out well, I can have your company to help me re-design it to look better.

I can offer you a fully editable and custom solution through Drupal given the scope and nature of the site.
This would include a way to manage user profiles, a log in system, credit card and Paypal integration for purchases and it would even have support in English and Chinese.
With the focus on usability, I would keep the design limited similar to Craigslist's current scheme.
