Develop a complete e-commerce multi-seller platform website with ruby on the rails

Hello there, i ll cut to the chase asap in order to save you time. We are looking for ruby on the rails developers to develop ( frontend/backend) of an e-commerce website \"similar\" to amazon but for local use only. The website will only deal services for the island of Cyprus therefore we don\'t look for a huge project to expand. It will only be locally. The project will have local sellers to join ( with a subscription based plan ) ( 3 plans with different pricing , one of them will be the 1-month free trial) ( the plans will also have limitations for products, advertisting to the website etc ) What we want the website to look like is [login to view URL] . We want it to look like that in order for sellers to also be able to buy banners through the website, either on the sides or on the top of homepage. They need to have ability to register, list, upload images ( images must have limitation on file size and dimensions size ) On registration process they need to be able to selected which categories they want to join ( grid view, not dropdown) but admin should be able to add/remove/accept categories from his panel. Will need a page that will display all sellers on page ( their logos) ( clickable ). when clicked to redirect them to the seller shop. Example : [login to view URL] when clicked : [login to view URL] all sellers will use the same frontend and not their own frontend like ebay. Everything will be the same from everyone. Sellers need to be able to : Print invoices, print orders, export/import items that they already have somewhere else in order to save time. The website will also need a splash page for email subscription before we start in order to be able to inform sellers/buyers that we are open. Therefore we need a email subscription area. Buyers need to have ability to \" Open a case\" if an order had a problem. Buyers in any case CANNOT and SHOULDNT be able to contact sellers. Shipping method will need to be integraded with acs cyprus. This is a local courier for faster delivery methods. Therefore you will need to integrade their shipping coding into the website in order to have accurate rates. Also if possible to integrade tracking number through their site into ours ( this is not a must-have). The shipping will be based on weight - PER SELLER. This means : Example : Shipping Rates: 1-2kg = 3euro 2-5 = 5euro 5-10= 7euro 10+= +10euro Customer A buys from seller A 2kg products it means shipping is 3euro Customer A buys from seller A 2kg products and from seller B another 2kg. Means shipping should be 6 euro and not 5. When the payment is made all the money goes to websites paypal. seller will be able to request withdraw 14 days after each payment ( Eu online law for sellers receiving money) Admin should be able to depost money to his paypal through the website and not through paypal. Also website needs to have filters for each categorie on the side of the category ( ie. color,size) Backend of seller needs to have a variations tab in order for him to be able to create complex products. Example: Seller selling tshirt in many colors and sizes. He should be able to list 1 product with many variations and for the stock to be correct. See [login to view URL] website for this.
