Help with Business Finance

I created 2 Blogs over some time. I have members who are from various countries subscribed for General Advertising and Real Estate publishing purpose. I have over 19,800 users in the "ICTSUB" blog (reduced to 9800) when i deleted up to 10,000 database users due to "SPAM SUSPICION" and i have recently began to allow users on the "real estate" blog so there are few members now and they can publish their general information and properties for sale. Membership and trial membership are possible on both platforms. The cost varies from $2.99 to $4.99 to $50 and donate button for charity giving and causes. The 2 blogs are promising sites and a lot have been pit into it by me. I therefore seek a 40% Partnership of these 2 Blogs. For the Real Estate and ICTSUB Blog, i want a financing partner who will work with me to make the 2 blogs design flawless and integrate other features including "Local payment System" and finally the marketing of these blog to users. Presently there are users registered on them as stated earlier. The General Advertising and ICT subscribers blogs were personally designed by me with wordpress and also and more work went into bringing my subscribers from main blog ([login to view URL]) and transferring users to "ICTSUB" and then designing it to work the way it does now.
