My name is Jeff. I'm looking for a website developer to help me create a lead generation website that I can mostly maintain myself (Dreamweaver or WordPress and hosted where you recommend). Basically I want to copy the following site EXCEPT for the shopping pages and functionality: [login to view URL] I'll provide all new copy site wide. By my count, there are approximately 15-20 pages if you count the confirmation pages. Here's the sitemap I see: Home Your Certified Health Coach Community Products and Programs Plan 1 Plan 2 Plan 3 Join Us About Us Contact Us Work From Home Sitemap In addition to the pages listed above, I would like "confirmation pages" where people are taken to when they fill out online forms. Basically, when they hit "submit." I would like the ability to alter forms as I will be testing different one's to see what works. I will purchase the images with people in them, but I'll need you to size them correctly. I would also like you to make the "button" images and any icon images for me.
