2 page prelaunch campaign micro site

I am launching a blockchain newsletter, the plan is to use this launch microsite to generate a buzz in the week prior to launching. I want the front page to be simple and have the sole purpose of capturing emails and I want the second page to be focused on a referral campaign whereby the user can easily refer people to the website and the more people they refer the more prizes they can earn. I have attached two images of the style I am trying to emulate. Minimalist and stylish but I want the theme to be focused on blockchain Web 3.0 and cryptocurrencies. Page 1: Very simplistic and sole focus is on email capture Page 2: I would like the user to be able to easily share a referral for the website to their socials Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. On the second have I would like them to see a progress tracker for the rewards they can earn and their progress towards earning them. In addition, I want each referral to count as an entry into a competition where we will give away two Ipad Pros - one to the person who generates the most leads (who is not affiliated with the project) and a random draw for the second I would like to use white, grey, blue and black as theme colours. I do not have a logo yet Please note, it is also important to have some way to detect fake emails. the two suggested methods in the below article are: 1) First and foremost, we set up IP blocking. This means our code looked at the IP address of every sign-up, and if a single IP address had signed up two email addresses to the campaign, we blocked the ability to create any more sign-ups from that IP address. 2) we used SendGrid to send a simple transactional email to every email address entered. If that transactional email bounced back—a data point that SendGrid provides—the email address was interpreted as illegitimate.
