As a Sales Manager, it is your necessity to make the Company competitive in the global market. Apparently, you will have to convert leads into customers and drive revenue growth. Lastly, you will liaise every point of the sales operation, starting from the composition of game plan until closing the sales. Job Description: Sales Strategy • Design and implement end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc. • Enforce sales policies and processes. • Manage sales routine, perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities • Regularly assess and review sales methodology and game plan Lead Management • Generate new business leads and opportunities through various channels such as emails, cold-calling, networking, etc. • Analyze and conduct market research regularly on industry to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status • Develop and implement new strategies for business growth • Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads • Develop and refine negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices • Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals • Propose recommendations for structuring a well-defined partnership deal for clients Maintain Strong Client Relationships • Identify potential customer partnership and seek to establish clientele base • Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationship • Understand client requirements and objectives and provide feasible solution Sales Process • Present corporate presentations, proposals, quotations, sales agreement and invoices for customers • Gather and analyze feedback from customers for improvement in services • Constantly engage with the customers to develop their trust and confidence.
