I have a word file, I want to get it converted to latex. It is about 10 pages long. Contains tables, images etc. Formatting should be preserved (or should be as close as possible, unless you are making it better :) ). Proof reading : Should fix grammatical errors, spelling errors, organization etc. Work should be done within a day or two. Deliverables should be tex file and a PDF copy of it. PS: This paper is technical in nature!

We need the equations setting, dropping into an InDesign template (we will supply) and re-supplying. We need to be able to easily copy the text and equations at the same time whilst keeping the format of the equations in the text (so that it all comes through together).
