Sorting textfiles & format output to excel

I have material take offs (MTO) textfiles generated by third party CADD application. I would like to sort the textfiles based on size, from small to larger diameter (will provide excel formatted output file as required). Sizes will be sorted against pipe schedules and ratings (classes). Pipe lengths will be the sum of pipe lengths with the same size and schedule. Quantity will be the total number of pieces required for all items with the same size and schedule, in case of flange, it will be size, class and schedule. A return routine is required for the item number and corresponding coordinates as listed from the generated MTO text files (will provide sample textfile as required). The third party CADD application uses dialect of C and therefore, a C program is required. Uploaded files are partial, will provide more if required. Please provide demo of similar projects that were done before.
