Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant - Seeking someone with a highly professional attitude, excellent communication & organizational skills and the ability to predict needs and provide for them in advance, as well as a willingness to follow requests to the letter. This position is for a Entrepreneur who is very diversified, extremely busy and travels often. Bookkeeper Duties: • Must be Intuit/QuickBooks expert, who can produce all basic personal financial reporting. • High quality controller talents to aggregate all bills, reconcile bank records, customize reports. Knowledgeable in Enhanced invoicing (reminders, late fees, thank you) • Standard financial statements, balance sheet, A/P, A/R • Create auto invoicing system linked to QB • Interface with CPAs for issuance of US and foreign tax reporting • Maximize accumulation of liquid assets • Monitor Lexington Law credit ratings, rectifying any negative entries. Personal Assistant Duties: • Capable of driving owner to various appointments both in Santa Fe and on road trips. • Coordinate meetings, revising appointments daily as they change. • Maintain and create travel schedule and accommodations necessary for meetings (Test online upload and download speeds on all hotel, apartment etc. • Coordinate with legal accounting, office management, Big Data and Programmatic media buying on behalf of the owner in three countries • Run lots of errands, i.e. office supplies, pet supplies, pick up dry cleaning, paper and electronic filing, updating address/contact information databases, special projects and clerical administrative work. Other duties as they arise. This is a position requiring the right "fit" on many different levels especially the personality match. Candidates must have a proactive approach, have common sense, and be very observant and efficient.; as well as have a high level of discretion and confidentiality. We are also seeking a "soft side" in your nature, an ease with interpersonal relationships, relaxed, calming, self-confidence and a good sense of humor.
