Illustrations for a children's book

I am looking to have some small illustrations created for a children's book. A series of 15 concept sketches are listed in the attached work document with a simple description for each image. I would like to see an illustrator translate these sketches into illustration artwork suitable for a good quality children's book. The illustrations should be influenced by the sketches but some artistic license is allowed. A colour version and a black and white version of each figure are required. The black and white versions must be designed to look good independently of the colour versions. Ideally, I would like to have them in a vector graphic format so that sizing changes do not introduce distortion but this is not a hard requirement.
