Write an Android application

We need an app for our sales people that they can use when performing outdoor sales on their Android tablet. Today we use simple paper forms that fills in manually, this it not an optimal solution since it requires manual retyping the forms into a computer after the sale is completed. Specification: - The attached PDF file should be translated into an Android app view - The signature field must be able to capture the customer signature on the tablet and convert it into a png (or similar image) - All information in the text fileds must be stored locally on the Android device - The information from the sale including the binary image file base64 encoded must be sent to a web application containing all fields as a POST request (this web application will be provided by us) - the web application will reply with "OK" or "FAIL" - The application must be able to synchronize and upload sales form at a later time if the provided web application returns FAIL - The application should include two views, one for the sales form and one for the sales person to view all synchronized sales - The application must be easy to adjust if new fields needs to be added or removed. - The application must adjust to different screen sizes - The signature field probably needs to be larger than on the PDF since it will be written with a tablet pen Kind regards, Steinar Torsvik
