Finishing CMS project

I have had a coder that could not complete my request. I have asked for a CMS script which he has made most of. I just have some finely requests I need to have done. Here is a short description of what I need a long one will follow!: 1. I can’t add or delete folders/categories in the movie section. When I FTP to the server and go to members/movies and add a folder (or delete one) I cant see the folders in the admin area under Gallery Type:movies. Movie and photo section is 2 different sections and has nothing to do with each other, but work the same way. 2. I would like to have an update page where all new content goes so when you are a member you just go to that page to see new updates and you don’t have to seek the whole site for the update. There should be an option in the config file where I can choose how old the pics/moves can be on the update page, like 3 days or 13 days or more. The update must also work in the free area so non members can see that the update page 3. The option that the update date is showed with each update. It could be showed right after the title. Like "Name of gallery. Add: 01/18-2006. It should be an option in the config file where its possible to enable or disable this option 4. Finally I want to make an auto update function. it should work so its possible to update the site a week, a month or even longer ahead. My clients update their websites every day instead of doing it each day it should be possible to make like a months update a one time. Please ask for the compleate description of how everything should work. You will get access the the code that is allready made.
