I wish to register and produce/operate a funky Website along the lines of Zoosk and Foreign Ladies as an example. This will be used for the South African market only and it should be devided into young, (16 to 40) and old (40 plus) and risk takers any age (Sex Only). I prefer a site which upload quick and so small picture file's are ok. Could you use Joomla 16 if possible and MySQL for database. It would be better for maintenance for myself. Can I have an estimate before we engage any further. Just an after thought. I would like the loged regular user to offload the Website template and core info so that his log on experience will be extremely fast. What I say is that I wish to have certain structure on his computer so that his contact with Website will be faster when uploading some regular unchanging content from his own computer.
