C# Asynchronous IO & Threading Assistance

I am a developer as well, but have encountered a situation that I don't know how to fix. I have a project I am working on in C# that utilizes Asynchronous IO and threading to do AES encryption on the link. I am encountering problems with data getting in out of order (OnReceive is not done firing before new data comes in and fires another copy) and I belive it has to do with my lack of knowledge about mutexes and locks (I have mutexes in place but to minimal effect). The offer is for the coder to perform a review of my current code for this segment of the project which is relatively small, and should take less than an hour to become familiar with (if I explain it) and then make the necessary changes to make the code work as expected and if interested perform additional enhancements for additional money. The dollar amount I expect to pay is rather small, $20-$50 for a two to four hour estimated task (the mutex fix only). If the task proves longer than that, coder may exit the deal with no penalties. ## Deliverables 1) Complete source code of all work done, working as ordered (mutex issues resolved and data processing in order and as expected). 2) Deliverables must be in working condition, as follows: a) Code need not be 'complete' since this segment of code will not complete the overall project. b) Code should be reasonably commented, though excessive amounts are not required, just enough to give another programmer the point. c) All source code must be destroyed upon completion. No NDA need be signed, but your honor is expected. This material is not classified, but uses encryption components that may not be useable outside of the United States. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Windows XP, using Visual Studio .NET 2003 in the C# language.
