Hi, I have experience in using Python to create betfair bots. You do not give many details on what you are intending to do or how you intend to control the bot. If this will be provided when the Bid is approved then I can program to your requirements. If not then here is what I propose, I'm assuming you have a basic knowledge if Python but if not then I can provide the "intelligent" part of the bot. I will create you a bot that can connect to Betfair API and collect the events that you are interested in. These events can come from a configuration file that we can determine. i.e.I would like all horse races. For each of these events a python function(of the configuration choosing) will be called that can decide what to do. i.e. Do nothing, place bet, cancel outstanding bets, cash out, etc. The system will take care of placing and managing the bets. I have written a betfair bot before (using the old XML API), and have studied the new json API, so I do have some experience and knowledge of the betfair site. I have good Python skills (2.7, 3.4) and run Linux as my OS of choice. If you need a database backend, I also have good skills with several open source SQL db's - PostgeSQL, Firebird and Sqlite3 The time to complete and cost are based on receipt of full details on exactly what it is you want the bot to do, and using the existing library.
