The software system should include the following features: Appointment scheduling: The system should allow us to schedule appointments, track appointment history, and manage waitlists. Billing and invoicing: The system should provide billing and invoicing features that allow us to create and send invoices to clients and manage payments. Inventory management: We need a system that can manage our inventory levels, track product usage, and set up automatic re-ordering. Reporting: The system should generate reports on a variety of metrics such as financial performance, appointment history, and inventory usage. Client communication: We require tools to communicate with our clients, including automated appointment reminders, SMS messaging, and email campaigns.
