Illustration for web application

For the corporate identity of a client we have designed some simple anthropomorphic monkey heads (see attached example) in various customizations, but now we would like to expand the concept with more articulated and complete illustrations, including the monkey's body and various settings. The idea is to use material design graphics, but we are also open to other styles. What could be an indicative price range for this kind of work? The idea is to start with a single image for the restyling of the registration page to the web application, if it works we would like to expand the graphics with a set to the internal pages. The client would also like to use short videos of 40/50 seconds with the same monkeys that illustrate the functionality of the application through animated infographics. What could be the indicative cost of an animated video with these features? I am available for further information and clarifications. Thank you very much.
