I need a custom developer to help to integrate two cloud apps

PLEASE DO NOT SEND GENERIC COVER LETTER! Please read out the description first!!!! I am currently implementing a number of cloud based apps, and am likely to have a number of integration projects. The first is to be integrate ServiceM8 (a work scheduling app, for service companies such as locksmiths, plumbers, etc) to Freeagent (accouting software). Simple, What I'm looking to achieve firstly is to fully sync client accounts between ServiceM8 and Freeagent. Obviously, I can use Zapier to connect the two, but this only works when a new account is created. I want any changes made in one app to be synced with the other. (In time, I will want client accounts synced with two other apps as well). I also want invoices and estimates created in ServiceM8 to be synced to Freeagent.
