We are looking for an experienced customer support person to run part of our Naked Butler business in the UK.

Duties

Process guest payments online
Ensure guests have received access details
Call customers if no response to emails to gain any missing information needed from them
Answer customer questions
Recruitment/Job ad postings for butlers
Research and write articles party games/ideas to be posted on wordpress and social media. We will provide support on how to do the job with videos and Skype support
Hours

Min 1 Hours per day max 2
Flexible 4-6 Days per week
The number of hours will increase over time. We are quite flexible on when the hours are worked, the important thing is to ensure each customer has paid and the butler has the information they need prior to arrival.
