Gmail web mailer

I need a gmail webmailer that supports these functions -Using PVA Gmails there will be Verification required when IP changes, so support for the phone number to verify the gmails is needed , aswell as a password change that will save to the text. -Load account list of gmails -Load proxies from URL or Text file -Load emails to send to -Multi threaded -BCC/CC support [login to view URL] support -Delays on login/between sending messages -Max emails sent per account, when the bot hits the end of the account list it reloads the accounts file and resumes.
