The list of drawings: • Milestone 1 (4days - $25) • Foundation plan • Construction - ground floor & second floor plan • Construction - elevations & sections • Grading for rain water draining • Milestone 2 (4days - $100) • Connection details • Room schedule • Construction Notes • Beam & Column dwgs • Beam & Column schedules (which will include dimension quantity, and position)) • Area and parametric drawings( floor and walls) - for BOQ calculations • Milestone 3 (3days - $35) • Stair detail • Wall sections • Roof Sections • Footing/Foundation details • Window/Door Details & schedule • Milestone 4 (3days - $55) • 3D & renderings. – Interior / Exterior sample model • BOQ. be done the same way as the last project and merged with BOM Notes: • In all the project will take 2 weeks broken up into 4 milestones with a total of $215 or $245 in 30 days with the additional renderings. • (3 aditional colour options for rendering (to be decided after first rendering finish) adding $30 and 4 days according to when the colour decisions are made including revisions) of colour options to be decided after first rendering. • For the additional colors renderings 3 milestones $10 each could be Requested should each cycle take more than one week
