1. Introduction & Project Overview This Operational Plan has been developed to allow a singular point of reference for the Upgrade Project of the following facility. Name: Hope Downs 1 Village Mess Address: Unnamed Road, Newman WA 6753 Shire: Shire of East Pilbara The Hope Downs 1 kitchen and mess area is being expanded and refurbished to facilitate an expected increased camp capacity. Sodexo will be managing the refurbishment of the refurbishment works including the expanded mess facility and storage areas. The proposed works will involve a staged construction programme consisting of 9 staged zones throughout the kitchen back of house, loading dock, existing dining room, new dining room and crib buildings and main servery. This will involve areas being closed off for construction works to progress while maintaining meal service to residents, for example a temporary servery will be utilised while the existing servery is refurbished. The Wet Mess will be utilised to assist the kitchen with any kitchen disruptions to ensure food service is maintained. The expected duration of the refurbishment works is anticipated to be approximately 40 weeks. The project scope is the fourth of five village mess, kitchen and back of house facility refurbishments to sites considered in need of improved amenity, compliance and efficiency within the Rio Tinto portfolio. PART B.5: GENERAL INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY TENDERER Tenderers are required to provide all information requested in this Part B.5. General Information to be provided by Tender. Please provide these as attachments ensuring you reference the item number on each attachment. B.5.1 PROJECT PROGRAM Please provide a program for the delivery of the Scope of Work detailed in this RFT. Include critical path, tasks, timelines, and milestones. B.5.2 RESOURCE PLAN Please provide a plan on how you will resource the project which supports the project plan and timelines. Provide and up to date Resource Training Matrix identifying qualification expiry dates and renewal timelines (tracking methodology to ensure qualifications are managed to ensure continuum of service delivery). B.5.3 RISK REGISTER & RISK MITIGATION PLAN Please provide a Risk Register for the project detailing key risks and a risk mitigation plan to address the risks. B.5.4 PROCUREMENT PLAN Please provide a procurement plan for the project detailing long lead items which supports the project plan timelines. B.5.5 PROJECT METHODOLOGY Please provide a project methodology that demonstrates your understanding of how the project will be delivered, listing sequencing of works and task, priorities and critical path. Please provide supporting commentary on your methodology. B.5.6 PROJECT MOBILISATION PLAN The Tenderer is required to propose a Mobilisation Plan for the SOW. To demonstrate the requirements and timeframe to mobilise all required resources for the project. B.5.7 SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT PLAN The Tenderer is required to provide a Contractor Management Plan for the Project. The plan needs to demonstrate how contractors will be managed through the project and ensure their compliance with all required Sodexo and RTIO standards, HSE requirements, RAPID system registration, etc. All subcontractors are required to listed in the Resource Plan and be approved by Sodexo.
