What is the brand of your POS? What is its OS? IS your development tool kit support writing on .NET, build and deploy directly to POS? You need experience developer who can develop POS application, right? I experienced with developing application for Lipman POS and have strong experience with financial transactions and integrate with CMS (Card Management System).
