A desktop program would eliminate your need to have a webhost to host the web page. -- I have over 30 years experience in the USA using Microsoft .Net Technologies across different industries (see my resume). -- I would develop this most likely as a desktop program that you could run locally or on your webhost's site if you choose. -- Would like to discuss with you. Will the program purchase only one preferred size, all of them?
